Membership in CNWE

• CNWE members claim our vocation as a discipleship of equals. CNWE holds a national conference at which priorities are set and major decisions are made. A five member National Work Group is nominated to facilitate work on priorities between conferences. Local groups, which are formed where membership makes this viable, or where a member takes the initiative to develop CNWE in her area, assume responsibility for implementing aims in their regions.
• Membership in CNWE is open to all women and men concerned about the position of women in today's world and church and supportive of the purpose and philosophy of CNWE.
• Membership is open to individuals, groups or organizations who share aims common to those of CNWE.
• Information about a local group in your area (where applicable) will be forwarded to new members along with acknowledgement of our receipt of your membership application.
• The annual membership fee (as adopted at the AGM in Edmonton June 9, 2002) is $50.00 for regular members, $25.00 for the unwaged ( or pay what you can) and $60.00(CAN) for international membership.
• Membership includes a subscription to CNWE News, which is published three times a year. Additional gift subscriptions of CNWE News may be purchased for $12.00 per year.
